Oracle 11g Installation on Fedora 14 (Part 3 - Installing DBCA)

•  Go to /home/oracle/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/bin & run dbca.

•  After installing DBCA, you can open “/etc/oratab” file and see your SID and ORACLE_HOME path.

•  To get “SQL >” prompt, first you have to set your SID correctly and issue the command “sqlplus “/ as sysdba”.
